PlayStation 5

Crimson Desert runs natively on PS5 with two graphics modes:

• Quality Mode — 4K resolution at 30 FPS with ray-traced reflections and maximum draw distance.
• Performance Mode — Dynamic 1440p resolution targeting 60 FPS with reduced shadow quality.

Both modes support the DualSense controller's adaptive triggers and haptic feedback for combat actions.

Xbox Series X|S

Xbox Series X

• Quality Mode — 4K at 30 FPS with full ray tracing.
• Performance Mode — Dynamic 1440p at 60 FPS.

Xbox Series S

• Single Mode — 1080p at 30 FPS with reduced draw distance and simplified foliage.

Storage Notes

An SSD is strongly recommended on PC. The game uses asset streaming extensively, and a traditional HDD will cause noticeable texture pop-in and longer loading times during fast travel.
